Hauser & Wirth on the island Isla del Reye

Visit the small island by boat to explore the artworks, the magnificent garden and the historical hospital. Due to bad weather conditions we did not go for lunch here, but apparently very good lunch.

From Es Grau to Far de Favaritx

Menorca’s Cami de Cavalls is an ancient walking trail. Some of Vazy’s favorite parts of this trail:

I Start hike in village Es Grau to Far de Favaritx (and return): +/- 4 hours

I Far de Cavalleria: Already by car very nice place to go. Hiking trails in the neighbourhood.

I Start hike in Binimel-la to directions (Cala Pregonda & Mirador Playa de Cavalleria). If you want to pause, you can drink & eat at the local bar/restaurant in Binimel-la (the only white bar in the middle of the nature overlooking the hills and sea).

I Start hike in Cala Marcela to Cala Macarella ( to Cala Turqueta). At Cala Macarella, we stopped at the Cafeteria Susy. When sitting here, we tried the special house burger ‘Susy’. Also the yellow sangria was nice here.

I Santo Tomas to Platja Binigaus. Very nice beach between the green flora & blue sea. If you want to have a drink at the beach, we drank a “café con leche” at Chiringuito Es Bruc Santo Tomas.
